About Us

Eversafetex Co., Ltd. is a premier international enterprise dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of high-performance, safety-critical textiles. The brand name, a fusion of "Ever" and "Safetex," symbolizes our commitment to "Everlasting Safety through Textiles." With two decades of expertise, we bridge the gap between advanced material science and masterful weaving techniques to provide one-stop Inherently Flame Retardant (IFR) solutions for industrial, medical, commercial, and specialized sectors worldwide.

Distinguished from traditional fabric traders, Eversafetex has established a closed-loop manufacturing ecosystem encompassing IFR yarn R&D, weaving, dyeing, and finished product processing:

R&D Center: Our in-house laboratory focuses on the modification and application of high-polymer flame retardant materials.

Flexible Manufacturing: Equipped with advanced warp knitting, circular knitting, and shuttleless looms to handle everything from bulk orders to highly customized finished products.

Rigorous Quality Control: We implement internal protocols that exceed industry standards, ensuring every inch of fabric maintains exceptional wash durability and fire stability.

Eversafetex provides high-performance, inherently flame-retardant (IFR) textiles designed for global safety and durability. Our versatile portfolio covers the following specialized solutions:

Public & Commercial Spaces: High-density Dimout fabrics, premium Stage Velours, and antimicrobial Hospital Cubicle Curtains.

Safety Apparel: Functional Pajama fabrics, Elastic IFR Knit textiles, and high-performance Workwear materials.

Ready-made Customization: Professional Table Skirts, Pipe and Drapes, IFR Table Covers, and Aviation Carpets.

All products are rigorously tested by SGS, TUV, and ITS to guarantee absolute reliability and seamless international market access. We strictly adhere to the world's most stringent fire safety and environmental standards:

Frequently asked questions

What does Eversafetex produce?

We produce IFR fabrics such as premiere, spandex, dimout, cubicle curtain, pajama, velour, sheeting, and cellular blanket fabrics.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by fabric type. We support flexible MOQs for both small and large projects.

What are your shipping methods for wide-width fabrics?

Fabrics can be shipped as 320cm rolls wrapped in bubble wrap. We can also fold 280cm-wide fabric to 140cm and roll it to reduce volume. Tube packing is available upon request.

What is the difference between inherently flame resistant and treated flame retardant fabrics?

Inherently flame resistant fabrics are made from fibers that naturally resist flames, such as aramid or modacrylic. Their flame resistance cannot be washed out. Treated flame retardant fabrics are typically cotton or cotton blends treated with chemicals like Proban or THPC to provide flame resistance, which may reduce after many washes unless permanently treated.
